- Cancellation & Refund Policy -

100% Refund if the event is cancelled due to COVID or any government guidelines. We understand that circumstances may arise which may require registered attendees to cancel their participation. In such instances refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

• Full Refund uptp 30 days prior the event.
• 75% Refund till 15 days prior the event.
• 50% refund till 7 days prior the event.
• No Refunds for cancellation requested on or after within 7 dyas of event.

All refunds will be processed 30 days after the completion of the conference. Please note that any bank transfer fees or currency conversion fees associated with the refund will be deducted from the refund amount.
